Warm, mostly cloudy week ahead with increasing rain chances for Sabine Parish

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy, with a daytime high near 77 degrees. Winds will remain calm early before becoming southwest around 5 mph later in the day.

Cloudy conditions will continue Wednesday night, with temperatures dropping to around 60 degrees.

Rain chances begin to increase Thursday, with a 30 percent chance of showers developing after noon. Skies will remain mostly cloudy, and afternoon highs will reach near 79 degrees. Thursday night will remain mostly cloudy, with overnight lows near 58.

Friday will bring partly sunny skies and a slight 20 percent chance of showers, with temperatures reaching near 77 degrees. Rain chances increase Friday night, with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after midnight. Overnight lows will fall to around 56 degrees.

Showers remain possible Saturday, with a 40 percent chance of rain and partly sunny skies. Temperatures will be slightly cooler, with a high near 72 degrees. Saturday night will see a continued 30 percent chance of showers under mostly cloudy skies, with lows dropping to around 43 degrees.

Conditions are expected to improve Sunday, with mostly sunny skies returning and cooler temperatures, as the high reaches near 63 degrees.
