The Sabine Animal Shelter is inviting residents to find their new four-legged companion during a special adoption event scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Tractor Supply Company in Many. Several dogs from the shelter will be on site and available for adoption.

Shelter staff will be present to help match animals with potential adopters and provide information about the adoption process. The event offers community members the opportunity to give a shelter dog a permanent home while helping reduce the number of animals in need of care.

Officials encourage residents of Sabine Parish to attend, meet the animals, and consider adoption as a way to save a life and provide a loving home.
