George L. Celles, IV, Attoney-at-Law

Christopher M. Sylvia is excited and pleased to announce the addition of George L. Celles IV, as “of counsel” to the law firm Christopher M. Sylvia A Professional Law Corporation. Chris stated that “for the past several years, I have received an overwhelming response for legal services from the businesses and people of Sabine and Natchitoches Parishes and the surrounding region. With the addition of George, I believe we will be able to provide a greater variety of services to more clients in a more efficient manner.”

George is a native of Natchitoches and has been in both private and public practice for 38 years. He graduated from NSU in 1982 with a degree in business administration and graduated from LSU Law School in 1985. George’s private practice has been comprised of commercial law, real estate transactions, successions and family law. For the past six years, he has served as the Judicial Hearing Officer for the Eleventh Judicial District Court in Sabine Parish. George’s other public service positions have included serving as an assistant district attorney in Natchitoches Parish and as an elected member of the Natchitoches Parish Police Jury and serving on the board of directors of Kisatchie Legal Services Corporation, Natchitoches Parish Housing Authority, Natchitoches Chamber of Commerce and the Natchitoches Parish Hospital Service District, where he served as chairman during a period of significant medical economic growth in the region.
