Nathan Powell Gowen, 46, of Many, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. He was born on July 15, 1977, in Alexandria, Louisiana to Daniel Lee Gowen and Beverly Sue (Ketchum) Gowen.
He was an oilfield consultant who has been married to his wife, Sabrina Ruth (Bradley) Gowen for 24 years and together they have one son, Thomas Blade Gowen. Nathan enjoyed life and spending time with his family.
Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Clifford and Mary Gowen and Powell Eugene and Betty Jean Bowling. He is survived by his wife, Sabrina Gowen of Many, LA; his son, Thomas Gowen of Many, LA; his parents, Daniel Lee and Beverly Sue Gowen of Many, LA; his sister, Julie & husband, Wilson Lemoine of Marksville, LA; his brothers, Scott Gowen & wife, Edie of Many, LA, and Rusty Gowen of St. Cloud, FL; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude’s. A celebration of life memorial service will be held in the future and will be announced once arrangements are finalized.
