The Zwolle Junior High boys basketball team brought home a first-place finish following a strong showing at the Ebarb Junior High Basketball Tournament.

The fifth- and sixth-grade Hawks captured first place in the tournament, earning recognition from Zwolle Elementary School for their performance on the court.

School officials congratulated the players for the hard work, teamwork and determination that helped lead the team to the tournament title.

“Your hard work, teamwork, determination, and Hawk Pride truly paid off,” the school stated. “We are so proud of you!”

The championship finish added another accomplishment for the young Zwolle athletes as they represented their school and community at the Ebarb tournament.
