Charles was born on October 19, 1974 to Charles Eugene Self and Marion Lynn Self in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Marion Self.

He is survived by his daughter, Kami Self, of Shreveport, Louisiana.
