Sheriff Aaron Mitchell has announced a series of felony narcotics and firearm arrests carried out by the Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Office during the month of October 2025.

According to Sheriff Mitchell, deputies seized a significant quantity of illegal substances and weapons as part of ongoing investigations. The confiscated items included approximately 2.5 ounces of suspected synthetic marijuana, 500 Ecstasy pills, 27 Adderall pills, 4 ounces of methamphetamine, various pieces of drug paraphernalia, and several firearms.

“These arrests are part of our continued efforts to remove dangerous drugs and illegal weapons from our communities,” Sheriff Mitchell said in a statement. “Our narcotics division and patrol deputies remain committed to targeting those involved in the distribution and possession of illegal substances.”
