**UPDATE: Terrell bonded this afternoon on a $7500 bond set by the 11th Judicial District Court, with a condition that he not drive any vehicles.**
Freddie Shawn Terrell (age-41) of Pleasant Hill was arrested again yesterday afternoon.
Terrell was initially arrested on October 1st and charged with Vehicular Homicide in the death of his girlfriend, Samantha Renee Pool (age-23) of Robeline. Terrell was released shortly after on a $10,000 bond. Sabine Parish Sheriff Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Terrell after further investigation and additional evidence was analyzed at the North Louisiana Crime Lab in Shreveport.
Terrell was booked into the Sabine Parish Detention Center for Operating Vehicle While Intoxicated-4th Offense, Reckless Operation of Vehicle, Driving While License Suspended, Expired MVI (09/18).
No bond has been set at this time by the 11th Judicial District Court.
