A $100 scholarship memorial in the name of W.E. “Boots” Hayes was presented to Karl Young, Dean of CLTCC Sabine Valley Campus from the Sabine Chamber of Commerce. Representing the Chamber of Commerce is Amanda Tedder, CLTCC work scholarship student and Robert Hable, Chamber President.
