The Sabine Parish Sheriff’s office dive team along with North Sabine Fire Dept., Med Express ambulance service, Louisiana State Police and Wildlife and Fisheries responded to the scene of a single vehicle in Toledo Bend Lake on April 7 on Hwy. 1215. The driver was transported to Sabine Medical Center with moderate injuries.
