Central Sabine Fire has started the Driver/Operator Class. Students meet once a week for the classroom portion, are assigned homework, and practice their skills during the scheduled Saturdays. Once the course is completed, the students will have the option to pursue their certification through LSU FETA and be recognized through IFSAC.

 

The department is progressively moving to have their staff certified in various areas. These classes are open to volunteers and are highly encouraged to enroll.
