South Sabine Fire Department Wards 1 & 2 announced the Firefighter Of The Month for December is Layton Gilcrease Toro 2. Layton is eager to learn anything he can about the fire service. Layton is also a oilfield hand and is gone for a few weeks at a time but he’s ready to hit the ground running as soon as he gets back in the district.

 

We appreciate everything Layton does for our community and district, he is always willing to lend a helping hand to whatever needs to be done.
