MANY, La –  The Many High School Fishing Team took home the champion title in this weekends fishing tournament on Toledo Bend Lake. 

There were approximately 166 boats competing and our local team qualified for state! 

The competing team consisted of Cole Sattler, Lawson Lewing, Cole Pickett, and Dutch Kor (pictured above) , as well as those not pictured, Landen Sepulvado, Colin Consenza, Caleb Johnston, and Logan Lee. 

Cole Sattler and Lawson Lewing came in 2nd place with 14lbs. Cole Pickett and Dutch Kor came in 3rd place with 13.98 lbs making the team place in 1st overall. 

The SPJ would like to congratulate these young men on their accomplishment! Way to bring home the gold!
