MANY, La – The Apollo Plaza Apartments July Birthdays Celebration was held Friday, July 30th.

 

Apollo Plaza Management, Sabine Parish Sheriff Detectives, Project Celebration Inc and Central Sabine Fire District were in attendance. Apollo Plaza provided grilled cheeseburgers & hotdogs, drinks, watermelon, cake, and balloons for the kids. The Sheriff’s Office brought drinks, chips, and shade for the kids. PCI brought school supply kits for the kids. Central Sabine Fire brought the firetruck and filled the swimming pool for the kids. The Sheriff’s Office brought the basketball goals and balls recently purchased jointly by PCI, Many Police Department and the Sheriff’s Office.

It was really hot, but the kids had a swimming pool and slip & slide to stay cool.

 

Sheriff Aaron Mitchell said his office is proud to participate in this monthly event for the kids.
