Turpin Stadium will have 100 percent capacity for five Northwestern State home football games this season.
All that is missing is you.
Season tickets for NSU’s five-game home slate, which kicks off Sept. 18 against UT Martin, are on sale now starting at $60.
“We are just thrilled to be opening Turpin Stadium back up to full capacity with all the bells and whistles of gameday – tailgating, the Spirit of Northwestern on the field and the Demons flying out of the tunnel through the purple smoke,” Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations and Special Events Mike Jacklich said. “We anticipate the vibe in the stadium will be electric.”
Among the offerings is the popular “Fork ’Em Four Pack” for the Sept. 18 game against the visiting Skyhawks. The “Fork ’Em Four Pack” includes four chairback seats, four exclusive Northwestern State football hats and a parking pass for $99, a savings of nearly $100 from normal prices.
“I want to pack the stadium every fall Saturday,” Jacklich said. “That said, we badly want a raucous crowd for our home opener Sept. 18, and it is my hope this package will help nudge fans into Turpin that day. The deal is fantastic, and the hat is sweet.”
In addition to the “Fork ’Em Four Pack,” season-ticket packages are available. General admission tickets for the five home games are on sale for $60.
Chairback seating packages on the west side of Turpin Stadium are available for $115 with a $10 discount for military members and senior citizens.
Tailgating will return this fall, and there are a few spots remaining in the NSU tailgating footprint around the practice field that fronts the NSU Athletic Fieldhouse.
